Tsampa Porridge with fresh fruits

Ingredientskaše s čerstvým ovocem 1

  • 5 Tbs of tsampa
  • fresh seasonal fruits such as strawbery, bluebery, apple, pear, appricot, and so on
  • coconut oil
  • pinch of cardamon
  • rice or any other milk (ca half of cup)


Put tsampa and dry ingredients into a bowl. Add coconut oil and pour cold or hot milk. Mix it well, add fresh fruits, mix again and breakfast is ready. If fruit is not sweet enough, you can add date syrup.

Some tasty combination of furits are:

blueberry  – strawberry – apple, banana – blueberry, plums – pear, and so on.
