Cocoa tsampa balls

  • one cup tsampa
  • quarter to half cup chopped nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts etc.)
  • quarter cup cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 to 4 tbsp brown sugar or any sweetener
  • rice milk (approx. half cup)
On side leave some half walnuts. Thoroughly mix all the dry ingredients. Slowly add the milk to make a firm, not sticky dough. Form the balls and place a walnut half on each.
