Refreshing summer drink
glass of yogurt (can be soya), milk or buttermilk
2 to 3 Tbs tsampa
fresh fruit juice or date syrup or any sweetener
Mix all the ingredients well, in a shaker or blender, to make a strong and refreshing drink.
2 to 3 Tbs of tsampa
half or full glass of rice or any other milk
handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
Mix all the ingredients well, in a shaker or blender. More milk can be added. This very refreshing and powerful snack is best drunk immediately after mixing.
