Refreshing summer drink

Ingredients
  • glass of yogurt (can be soya), milk or buttermilk
  • 2 to 3 Tbs tsampa
  • fresh fruit juice or date syrup or any sweetener
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well, in a shaker or blender, to make a strong and refreshing drink.


Tsampa smoothie

Smoothies 0Ingredients 
  • 2 to 3 Tbs of tsampa
  • half or full glass of rice or any other milk
  • banana
  • handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
Direction
Mix all the ingredients well, in a shaker or blender. More milk can be added. This very refreshing and powerful snack is best drunk immediately after mixing.
