Morning Wake Up – porridge with nuts and honey

RANNÍ PROBUZENÍ – sladká kaše s oříšky a medem

Ingredients

  • 5 Tbs of tsampa
  • 2 table spoons of chopped nuts as almonds, cashew, walnut, hazelnut, and so on
  • coconut oil
  • pinch of cinnamon and cardamom
  • rice milk or any other milk (ca half of cup)
  • one or two spoons of honey (alt. also date syrup)

Directions

Put tsampa, nuts and spices in a bowl. Add coconut oil, cold or hot milk, and mix well.
