- 5 Tbs of tsampa
- 2 table spoons of chopped nuts as almonds, cashew, walnut, hazelnut, and so on
- coconut oil
- pinch of cinnamon and cardamom
- rice milk or any other milk (ca half of cup)
- one or two spoons of honey (alt. also date syrup)
Put tsampa, nuts and spices in a bowl. Add coconut oil, cold or hot milk, and mix well.
