Simple and fast porridge (salty)

  • 5 Tbs of tsampa
  • pinch of salt, miso or soy sauce
  • olive or sesame oil
  • cup of black tea (can be with milk)
  • pinch of pepper
  • fresh chives
Put tsampa into a bowl, cover with hot tea and mix well. Add olive oil, salt and a pinch of pepper. Mix well. 
The mixture can be made liquid enough to drink, or as dry as dough. Adding finely chopped olives or other greens gives a fresh, mineral and vitamin packed porridge. Chives, for example, contain lots of iron.
