Tsampa coconut balls

  • one cup of tsampa
  • half cup grated coconut
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tbs coconut oil
  • half cup raisins
  • water or milk (dairy, rice, soya…)
Reserve one quarter of the grated coconut and mix the rest of the dry ingredients well, by hand or in a mixer. Add the water and form the dough into small – or larger balls. Roll each ball in the reserved grated coconut.
